Please be aware that I do not answer the phone when with a client, also a lot of the coaching takes place over the telephone. I will always answer messages as soon as possible. If the phone is engaged, you can always leave a message.

Location

Coaching can take place easily over the telephone, Counselling really requires personal contact. I am based in Sutton Coldfield which is on the northern edge of Birmingham and am easily accessible from M5, M6, M42.
